Thank you for sharing some many interesting re...Hi,<br />Thank you for sharing some many interesting recipes. I just made some 剁椒. I always thing that it is cleaner to make your own. Very easy.红辣椒200g,大蒜35g,姜10g,盐12g,糖5g,白酒 or VSOP 3汤匙.<br /><br />自制剁椒的做法<br />1. 将鲜椒连蒂子洗净,清水浸泡30分钟, 再放到阴凉处晾干水 for one night,<br />2. 准备装剁椒的容器都清洗干净 & keep dry<br />3. Remove chili seeds, use chopper 把晾干的红辣椒, 大蒜 & 姜切碎<br />4. 加入盐和糖拌匀, add in VSOP<br />5. 装入密封玻璃瓶 (eg Jam bottle) ,不要装满,留点空间,密封放在阴凉通风处一晚使其发酵,然后入冰箱冷藏7天后即可食用。可以保存好几个月<br />6. 剁椒可以做菜,也可以拌面之类的.<br /> Hope u find this useful<br /><br />Regards YingAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
