红曲芋头土司

试过几次用龙珠果来做面包,出来的成绩都不甚理想,觉得龙珠果好像千金小姐,一直要小心翼翼的伺候着它,对于我这个没有耐心的人而言,试过就算了,不要强求,勉强是没有结果的,哈哈。。。。

冰箱还剩下一些芋泥,改了之前的一个芋头土司,想到每次做的土司都是白白的,这次就把少许的红曲粉加入,让它有些色彩不那么单调。

之前也做过一次红曲面包,但是加入了太多的红曲粉,出了的颜色真的是吓死宝宝了 😓

材料

  • 高粉  300g
  • 红曲粉  4g
  • 细糖 20g
  • 盐 3g
  • 蒸熟的芋头 70g
  • 全蛋 50g
  • 冰水 140g
  • 酵母 1tsp
  • 牛油 25g

烤炉温度:180c, 35分钟
