黑芝麻贝果

一直都很喜欢贝果的口感,做过了几次,可惜当时手残,整形的不好,就没有再做。最近又突然想起它,就再试试看,也终于找出以往的问题所在,做出的贝果也比较可以入眼了 O(∩_∩)O

最近看过有脸书网友,因为太久没有进入自己的部落格,整个部落格都不见了,想到自己也是放了不少的心血在这里,所以有空就进来打扫打扫,记录记录。。。。

材料:

高筋面粉260克,黑芝麻粉40克,黑芝麻粒20克,白糖10克,盐3克,酵母2克,米糠油10克,水160

烫面团水:水1000克,白糖50克

(一般贝果做法)

汤面:一边烫20秒

烤箱:200°c,20分钟
