搞搞震的面包。蒜香南瓜佛卡夏



面包机坏了好一阵子,看中了一个大型的搅拌器,可是碍于家里空间的问题,一直迟迟不能做出决定,总不能为了它而换屋子吧。退而求其次,选回体积较小的面包机,不料,心仪的牌子又面临缺货,晕!
 



就这么拖呀拖的,家里也就很久没有传出面包香了!吃惯了自家出产的面包,对于外面卖的面包,很多时候都有吞不下的感觉。
 
 


没做面包,家里自然没有高粉的存货,看过外国节目里的厨师,很多时候会用普通面粉来做佛卡夏,一直很好奇它的口感是如何的,所以这次,自己也来搞搞震一下,加上买了那么多的南瓜,就以大量的南瓜泥来代替水份做佛卡夏 。




一定很想知道它的口感如何吧??嘻嘻,老公吃了后,松松软软的,没有面包的咬劲,觉得有点像蛋糕和面包的综合体,我也这么认为哦。。。。不过,加了那么多的香料在面包上,味道依然很好吃,香极了 ^-^



材料
  • 普通面粉 400g
  • 南瓜泥 250g
  • 盐 1/4 tsp
  • 白糖 20g
  • 橄榄油 40g
  • 酵母 1tsp

撒面香料
  • 蒜片,综合香料(mixed herbs),黑胡椒粉,海盐,红辣椒片,巴西利,橄榄油

  1. 把全部材料搓揉均匀,成为一个光滑面团,然后放入一个干净的盆里,盖上保鲜纸,室温发酵一小时。
  2. 取出放入模子里压平,用手指在面上笃几个洞,把切片的蒜头,插入洞里。
  3. 撒上综合香料,黑胡椒粉,海盐,巴西利,红辣椒片,最后撒上橄榄油,再次发酵1小时。
  4. 放入预热烤箱,180度C,烤20分钟。

    因为我这里很难买,也几乎没有卖高筋面粉。
    原来普通面粉也可以做这样的面包,太好了!

  3. 没切开前,可能有红辣椒圈的关系,还有点像厚厚的煎蛋,美呐!!
    切块后,就有像蛋糕多过面包,有好奇哦!
    看那天缘到,我也来玩一玩。

  5. 几个月前也曾做过这类似的面包, 但没加入南瓜的。。
    结果因为做的不是很满意, 并没拍下照片, 你的做的很好很美!

  8. 我的面包机在搬家之前也坏了,到现在已三个月,所以我也没有mood做面包。你的发明也很不错,面包从照片看来是有点像蛋糕,不过只要是好吃的最重要,哈哈!

  16. i have tried making bread with regular flour and it wasnt as impressive and also i think our protein level of regular flour could be much lower than their all purpose flour. garlic and mixed herbs are very tasty..i can imagine the smell and taste ...good!

    This bread look like garlic bread but it have parsley and chili. Its have much more flavor and look delicious.

  22. Oic, this brand is offering now, only RM199 but many place out of stock now....since u r also using, i will buy , kekekek, at least i know got a master chef herein to teach me how to use.....:p
