木薯面包(肉松馅)(直接法) Cassava Bun

 
面包做多了,偶尔也会搞搞震,常常会把一些有呀没有呀剩下的东西,都丢入面团里头!

番薯南瓜马铃薯面包做多了,也没有什么新鲜感了。之前剩下一小段的木薯,煮来吃,也不知道要塞肚子那个洞,嘿嘿,反正木薯也是薯family,就丢进去做面包吧!
 
改了芋头土司的食谱,出来的成品,虽不像芋头土司那么绵密,却是很蓬松。面包吃剩最后一个,才有空帮它拍照,做个记录!
 
 
 

老习惯,把面包解剖后,再拍张照片,记录一下,就长住我肚里了,呵呵。。。。

芋泥换成木薯泥,牛油换成葡萄子油

    我呀觉得它很难处理,也不懂可以煮些什么,所以不常买。。。嘻嘻!

  6. Love love love your cassava bun. Haven't tried cassava bun b4! I don't think we can get cassava here but by the way, I like your way of making them with the meat floss!
