蒜香烤龙虾+油渍番茄干饭 Roasted Lobsters with Garlic Butter & Sun-dried Tomatoes Rice


过年时,和舅舅们到四弯岛吃海鲜,没想到,套餐里头,居然有小龙虾,菜色丰富,价钱也不贵,大家吃得不易乐呼。回来后,和老公随口提起,后来也忘了此事,没想到,老公却一直记在心上。

前两天,老公放工回家,手里捧着一个宝丽容盒子进门,我看见,心里暗叫不妙,果然,打开盒子,里头躺了八只龙虾,我晕。。。原来,老公还一直记得之前我和老妈对那龙虾称赞不已。这个星期又要回老家探望老妈,他就买了龙虾回家孝敬岳母大人。哎,我这个老公,不买则已,一出手,就很恐怖!知道我老妈爱吃海鲜,每回都买不同的海鲜回去“tam” 她开心,可想而知,我老妈,是多么的疼他!简直视他如“掌上明珠”!每回,我们要回家时,老妈一定会准备老公爱吃的菜等他,家里的大鸡腿,永远是留给老公的!有时,我还真要提醒我老妈,我才是她的亲骨肉呢,alamak!

按照规矩,我一定会先“充公”一些的 ^^,对于新鲜的海鲜,我都不会下太重的调味,以免遮盖了它们原有的鲜味!这次只用了牛油和蒜茸,做了个简单的烤龙虾,也用了自己做的sun dried tomatoes做了个好吃的番茄干饭。顺便一提,如果你们要用烤箱做这个sun dried tomatoes,记得千万不好用大粒的番茄,之前大番茄很便宜,我就买了好些来做,结果,烤了六,七小时才烤好!

龙虾头?不要浪费,把它丢进miso汤里,加几块豆腐和一把青葱,煮出来的汤,鲜得很啊!


蒜香烤龙虾

材料:
龙虾 2只 (没称多重)
蒜头 2瓣(剁碎)
牛油 20-30g
芹菜粒 1tbsp
盐 1tsp
柠檬 1/2粒

  1. 龙虾去头,中间开两半,洗净去肠。
  2. 把蒜头碎,牛油,芹菜粒和盐拌在一起,搅拌均匀,涂抹在龙虾肉上。
  3. 预热烤箱160度c,烤10-15分钟即可。
  4. 吃时,可淋上柠檬汁。


油渍番茄干饭:
  • 把番茄干切碎,拌入饭内,把烤龙虾流出来的牛油,也一起加入饭里面,搅拌均匀,一盘香喷喷的番茄干饭,就可以吃了。

  1. i'm sure the mini lobsters will cost very expensive too, prawns alone alreay quite costly!i'm sure your mil have enjoyed eating this very much, it sounds very tasty even though with simple ingredients and great idea of saving the heads for the soup!

      My husband can get special rate from seafood supplier. So it's much cheaper compare to market rate and the freshness can be guaranteed as well.
      I noticed many will just send the lobster head to grill or steamed, is a bit wasted. Lobster head is very yummy if cook with miso or tom yum soup:)

    这道烤龙虾看起来很棒,好像在海鲜楼吃一样。。。简单的配料让龙虾看起来更出色美味!:)

    你说得对,新鲜的海鲜我也喜欢不要下重手,才可以吃到它们的鲜甜!

      其实好料应该平时吃,才是好滋味,过年太多东西吃了,反而吃不下。过年时,我会吃得比较清淡,看到那些大鱼大肉,却吃不下,哈哈!

  6. 我妹妹有吃过四弯岛的奶油和清蒸小龙虾,她极力推荐,只可惜上次我因有事不能同行,走宝了!
    你的蒜香烤龙虾也非常出得场面,加上番茄干饭(我之前只用来配面包和意面,没想到还能拿来拌饭),佩服!

      听说那边价钱会有差异,我们吃那家(而且还是在新年时吃的),真的很便宜哦,我们全部都人吓到。
