小的时候,每逢过年时,老妈都会准备好几天来蒸年糕,那时候的蒸法,是用一天一夜的时间来蒸年糕的。蒸好的时候,还要放在太阳底下晒好几天,据说这样比较耐放,所以当时做年糕,真的是件很劳心劳力的事呢!后来老妈得了友人的食谱,从此蒸年糕就变成轻而易举了!
