炸酱肉碎茄子
同许多小朋友一样,当年的我,也是非常讨厌茄子这类食物!也很纳闷,为什么老妈这么喜欢这种软软绵绵的怪食物 T_T
一直到阿公婆婆搬回来和我们一起住时,阿公偶尔下厨露两手,我才爱上它!
阿公只用很简单调味料:
蒜茸,白胡椒粉,盐,味精,江鱼仔,就可以把普普通通的茄子炒得咸咸香香很惹味!我?哈哈哈,自然也就白饭一碗接一碗的吃啦!

最近,Stop Lynas,Save Malaysia 闹得沸沸扬扬!昨天面子书很多朋友都换装了,换得绿意盎然的。老实说,我已经很久不读马来西亚的新闻了,因为每看一回,就气一回!唉,我只能说,大马越来越前途“无亮”啊!!

停不了口的~柠檬牛油蛋糕 Lemon Butter Cake
在我家,牛油蛋糕绝对不是受欢迎的蛋糕!原因很简单,因为老妈总是嫌它口感很干,难以咽下!一直到我找到了Sonia 的柠檬牛油蛋糕,这个超级受我家人,呃。。。。应该是凡是吃过这个蛋糕的人,都对它赞不绝口,念念不忘 ^_^

啤酒螃蟹 Crabs Steamed In Beer
前些时候,看见Li Shuan(Helena's Kitchen)煮了一道好好吃的啤酒螃蟹,我还和她开玩笑说要从老妈家走私几罐啤酒回来煮蟹,哪知那么巧老公向他的supplier买了两公斤的红花蟹,呵呵,正好带回老家一起和老妈老弟们庆祝元宵节!

白菜狮子头 Stewed Meat Balls with Chinese Cabbage
打从我一开始学会下厨,就知道白菜狮子头这道名菜了,听说它在满汉全席中占有一席之地,但我从没有煮过!呃,是有那么一点点怀疑,这么简单的材料,也是一道名菜??!!直到这次我要清理过年过剩的食物,才决定让它亮相!

过年吃剩的鸡肉怎么办~ 凉拌鸡丝粉皮
约一星期前,在 3 hungry tummies 看到这道凉拌鸡丝粉皮,我就快快mark住它,嘻嘻,原因很简单,因为快接近农历新年了,新年过后,家里一定会有剩余的鸡胸肉滴!
哈哈,果然!回了老妈家过年玩了一个星期,回到家打开冰箱一看,就看到两块鸡胸肉对我said hello了!
