韩式炸酱面 Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles)

 

在整理draft里的帖子时,才发现,居然把几个料理给忘了 >.<

我是近几年才开始爱上吃面,因为爱吃,所以看见其他国家的面食,都想试试滋味如何,抱着宁可杀错,不可放过的心态来吃!

有时候,我会把煮好的酱料分别冷冻起来,没时间做饭时,热一热,用它来拌饭拌面,方便又好吃 ^.^



自己做的全麦面条




韩国黑豆酱



食谱取自:maangchi

材料:(2-3人份)

三层肉  1 + 1/2杯(切成半寸块状)
白萝卜 1杯(去皮,切成半寸块状)
Zucchini 1杯(切成半寸块状)
马铃薯 1杯(去皮,切成半寸块状)
洋葱 1杯(切小块状)
菜油 3tbsp
韩国黑豆酱 1/4杯
风车粉(potato starch powder)2tbsp(加入1/4杯水和1tsp的糖)
麻油 1tsp
黄瓜丝 1/2杯

  1. 加入1tbsp油入锅,把猪肉炒至外皮微焦,约4-5分钟。
  2. 倒掉多余的猪油。
  3. 加入白萝卜,炒约1分钟。
  4. 加入马铃薯,洋葱,zucchini翻炒约3分钟。
  5. 把锅里全部材料推到一旁,再放2tbsp菜油,加入1/4杯的黑豆酱炒香(约1分钟),然后再把一旁的材料拌入黑豆酱一起翻炒。
  6. 加入2杯水,盖上锅盖,焖煮10分钟。
  7. 如果马铃薯和白萝卜都熟了,慢慢加入风车粉水打芡,直到酱汁变浓。
  8. 加入麻油,起锅。
  9. 把酱汁淋在煮好的面上,或者也可以伴着白饭一起吃。

  • 建议把白萝卜先用热水煮一煮,去除里头的苦涩味道。

  1. Your jjajangmyeon making me salivate. I've been wanting to make this. I also bought a large packet of black beans and is looking forward to make my own bean paste but was too busy to do so. Will soon, hopefully.

  4. 炸酱面 looks so good in your place! And homemade whomemeal noodles sounds even better! I seldom have korean food but I will have this noodle in a Peking restaurant!

  10. seeing your homemade wholewheat noodles, remind me of my pasta machine, don't know still can be use or not, hehehe..thinking to make noodles like you.. Have yet to try Jjajangmyeon before, sound yummy..
