香葱蒜茸面包(汤种)


最近,真的是迷上了山药土司,软软的面包体,浓浓的奶香,真的叫人欲罢不能!
正巧超市的山药有促销,买了支山药,用它来做了好几次面包。买山药的同时,也顺道带回来一大把青葱(写的好像很洒脱似的,其实真相是:青葱也有offer啦,抱着很aunty的心态,那么便宜,不买白不买,呵呵呵)!



非常喜欢这个重口味的面包,也很久没有做了。
由于青葱和蒜头都很便宜,就死命加多多进去,烤的时候,哇哇哇,整间家,都是蒜头的香味,一直猛吞口水,呵呵呵!



 觉不觉得,面包上的黑芝麻,有点像小蚂蚁在上面爬来爬去,呃。。。。好像有点恶心噢 >_<



1)山药面包做法

2)香葱蒜茸馅

 室温有盐牛油 30g,盐 1/4tsp,青葱粒 4tbsp,蒜头 4-5瓣(磨成茸),Mayonnaise  1/2tbsp
(全部搅拌在一起,混合均匀)


3)面包在第一次发酵后,排气,分割成9份(每份约63g),滚圆松弛15分钟,然后做造型,表面喷水,粘上白芝麻,最后发酵约1小时,中间割开,填上香葱蒜茸馅,送入预热烤箱170度c,烤18-20分钟。

      是在最后发酵完毕,要送入烤箱之前割的。
      我是用以前父亲那个时代的剃胡须的刀片割的,比较利。
