原本没有打算上这个post 的,这里有很多高手会煮叁巴虾,而且也比我的好吃多了!
买了一颗很美丽又新鲜的生菜,装饰好正准备吃饭,看见这生菜美的好像一朵花那般,又手痒痒,拿了相机拍了下来,放上网留念,自我陶醉一番,呵呵!所以,这次我喜欢的是这生菜,不是虾哟!
用了之前做三芭蛋的食谱,把鸡蛋换成虾!
就算不加入其他材料,这样子配饭一起吃,也很美味!
可以把炸过的豆干啊鱼饼啊,通通丢入辣椒糊里一起煮,炒个米粉,哗,比外面的卖经济米粉好吃多了!面子书有网友分享,炒米粉时加些黑醋,真的好好吃,很开胃,我现在想到这黑醋米粉,口水都还会流出来,呵呵!
做法请看:三芭蛋
把蛋换成虾就行了,可以煮30-35只中虾,喜欢辣点,可以加多些辣椒干。
我喜欢虾,更加喜欢“三芭虾”。

Sambal配饭,绝对是非常好吃的。我煮面时有时会放醋,但炒米粉就没试过,今天又学会一样新东西了!

This is a great recipe but I don't know why I always have sore throat issue. I think it is due to my late night sleep habit, like now, I was planning to make some deep fried food a month ago but the throat problem comes back every week & now have to take antibiotic, hahaha, so I think I can only "look look" at your sambal prawns only! Have a nice weekend!

ReplyDeleteI always(actually is everday lah) eat chili/chili padi. I can't live without them, haha! I also take a lot oven-baked food but i've never had sore throat. Maybe because i quite often eat cucumber. Maybe you can try to blend together cucumber+mint+yogurt+honey and drink it.This drink can reduce our body's heat. I tried before and it cured my mouth's ulcer. Very effective!
cass, i'm not 高手, so dont worry, i still enjoy learning a sambal recipe..i like many of the recipes you post, very 'ngam' my taste..haha.
