某天准备做面包,把全部的液体倒入拌缸里,才发现高筋面粉只剩下一点点,又懒得出去买,找了全麦粉,那么巧,也是剩下一点点,冰箱也剩下一点点的日本番薯,一点点的牛奶,一个蛋黄,就hampalang(全部)丢下去,这是一个分量很怪的面包喔!
本来不打算post这个面包的,就没有怎样去拍照。但想想又是自己的心血,虽然说它是在什么都缺一点点的情况下完成,原以为会失败收场,没想到出来的成品却叫人很suprise,挺好吃的,组织松松软软的,所以就在这儿做个小小记录吧!
材料:
高粉 150g
全麦粉 150g
日本番薯泥 150g
冷牛奶 150g
砂糖 10g
蛋黄 1个
酵母 1tsp
盐 1/4tsp
牛油 25g

actually i'm very lazy like you..i take photo very fast one..snap snap..but make sure take during the day..if not very blur and dark..camera cheap one..haha!
