韩式泡菜煎饼 Kimchi Pancake (Kimchijeon)


自从和大家分享了韩国泡菜的做法,很多网友试了过后,都向我反映说很好吃,很喜欢它,我很开心,因为分享到一个大家都喜爱的食谱。在这之前,我试过了几个食谱,最后发现,这个食谱做出来的泡菜,和从韩国当地买回来的泡菜味道,是一模一样的!而且,学会了做泡菜,还可以避免皮包破一个大洞哦(因为超市卖的韩国泡菜,还真的不便宜),所以,现在我家的冰箱里头,一直都有泡菜的存货,一年365天,天天都有泡菜的供应 ^-^


 

这个简单又好吃的泡菜煎饼,是我常常在忙的时候,为自己准备的一个简单的餐点。简简单单的材料,做出来的煎饼,真的很美味,带点泡菜的微酸,非常开胃,有别于我们一般常吃的韭菜/葱花煎饼,这个周末,大家不妨在家试试看!

食谱取自:maangchi

材料:(1-2人份)
泡菜(挤干菜汁,切碎) 1杯
泡菜汁 3tbsp
洋葱(切碎)2tbsp
盐 1/2tsp
糖 1/2tsp
面粉 1/2 杯
水 1/4杯

  • 把所有材料全部混合均匀,用一个平底不粘锅,倒入少许油烧热,把面糊倒入,均匀的把面糊铺平,小火煎至两面金黄,即可。
(这个分量,我做了2个8寸大的煎饼)

      我每次也只是做食谱的一半,冰箱也堆了太多的食物了 :P
      你做了后,就会发现,外面卖的,有多贵了,呵呵。。

    你的泡菜食谱真的比外面卖的好吃多了,现在我家的冰箱也是长年有存货的,自己做又很划算,天天吃都可以,呵呵!

    用外面買的做不到這個煎餅吧。

      外头买的,也是可以做这个煎饼的。
      不妨自己试试在家做泡菜,好玩的很呢 :)

  7. it's been quite sometime i made my last kimchi. Funny yesterday i also saw another friend making a kimchi pancake and she also added a little glutinous flour for added texture she said. I also like to cook instant noodles with kimchi, i cooked that so much when i made kimchi last time.

      Me too, like to cook with instant noodles, very nice oh...
      Next time i will try to add some glutinous flour to pancake see hows the texture :)

  9. At home, only me and my daughter like kimchi, that two boys and big guy are not so fancy on this, so I usually just buy from outside. Your recipe received so many good reviews, I must try one day.

    my family gila of kimchi, and me too!
    never thought of buy it from market when look at the price and serving size,haha~~
    i didnt apply the glutinous rice flour version, i made a whole cabbage, and packed in seperated plastic sheets.
    But this time i found that my some of kimchi got some greenish in form of discoloring, but there're no sight of mold.

    this is the album of the kimchi. paiseh cause the pic not clear enough.
    just so i thought maybe part of these didnt soaked in the kimchi paste. i wonder did you know any of this?
    i also made the radish cube kimchi from the remaining kimchi paste, it taste good!
