韩式辣炒年糕 Topokki (Korean Stir-fried Rice Cake)


一道很受欢迎的韩国街头小吃

材料:(1人份)

韩国年糕 20条
洋葱 1粒(中型,切丝)
红罗卜(切丝)
白菜 (切丝)
猪肉 (切丝)
青葱 (切粒)
白芝麻 少许
甜不辣 (切丝,我用鱼饼代替)
韩式辣椒酱 2tbsp
鱼露,白糖 适量

做法:
1)把洋葱丝,红罗卜丝用油微微炒香,倒入约1杯的水,把白菜和甜不辣加入。
2)再加入2tbsp辣椒酱,水滚后,才把年糕加入。
3)可加入少许鱼露和白糖调味。
4)继续小火滚至水分收干浓稠。
5)撒入炒香的白芝麻和青葱就可以了。

  • 韩式年糕是用水焖的方式而成
  • 白糖的分量随自己的口味调配,韩式年糕的味道是辣辣甜甜的,这才好吃
  • 嗜辣的人可加入辣椒粉

  4. This one is looking yummy ! I have made before Chinese Chicken Fried Rice but still i haven't made Korean Stir-fried Rice Cake. Thanks for your recipe i will try it surely. Love to make new new dishes.
