我喜欢全麦馒头,那种100%用全麦面粉做的,做了后,馒头口感很扎实,老公不爱吃,就只有我一人把它们啃完!之前家里有非常多的南瓜,就很大胆的,把馒头里的水份,全以南瓜泥代替,很意外的是,出来的效果,出乎意料的好!口感非常蓬松,不像全麦馒头那样扎实,就连老公也爱吃 ^^
看,这个被我冷冻了近一个月的馒头,再蒸热后,扒开内部的组织,依然如刚出炉般的松软,吃的时候,还可以尝到阵阵的小麦香,真好吃!

材料:
全麦面粉 350g
南瓜泥 320-350g(不要一次加入,根据南瓜的水分多寡而加入)
幼糖 25g
橄榄油 10g
即溶酵母 3g

Delete这两个,是掉在冰格里的一个角落,本来以为不能吃了,拿来蒸玩玩的!
蒸好后,发现真的还可以吃,而且味道还和刚出炉的一样,所以才放上来。。
我也喜欢南瓜馒头,但怕做到皱皱的。。哎呀,吃你做的就好了。。哈哈!

i also did not add water when i made pumpkin small buns, and i always like to add pumpkin into bread, buns and kueh, yours sound so healthy and good!
