不加一滴水~ 超软南瓜全麦馒头 Super Soft Wholemeal Pumpkin Mantou


我喜欢全麦馒头,那种100%用全麦面粉做的,做了后,馒头口感很扎实,老公不爱吃,就只有我一人把它们啃完!之前家里有非常多的南瓜,就很大胆的,把馒头里的水份,全以南瓜泥代替,很意外的是,出来的效果,出乎意料的好!口感非常蓬松,不像全麦馒头那样扎实,就连老公也爱吃 ^^



看,这个被我冷冻了近一个月的馒头,再蒸热后,扒开内部的组织,依然如刚出炉般的松软,吃的时候,还可以尝到阵阵的小麦香,真好吃!


食谱改自:这里

材料

全麦面粉 350g
南瓜泥 320-350g(不要一次加入,根据南瓜的水分多寡而加入)
幼糖 25g
橄榄油 10g
即溶酵母 3g

(我把南瓜蒸熟后,用网过沥南瓜的水分,然后放入冰箱隔天才用,这样南瓜的水分会减少些。也可以用刚蒸好的南瓜,那么南瓜泥的份量就要减少)

      这两个,是掉在冰格里的一个角落,本来以为不能吃了,拿来蒸玩玩的!
      蒸好后,发现真的还可以吃,而且味道还和刚出炉的一样,所以才放上来。。

  4. 这个好健康噢,有全麦又有南瓜,早餐吃这个配kopi对我而言就已经足够了。。。
    我也是喜欢把做好的面包和包子放进冷冻部,要吃时拿出来退冰,再弄热,
    哈哈想要吃东西,冰箱永远有存货。。。

  8. i also did not add water when i made pumpkin small buns, and i always like to add pumpkin into bread, buns and kueh, yours sound so healthy and good!

      Because my husband doesn't eat pumpkin, so usually i will add quite a lots to buns or bread and to my suprise he can accept it :)
