水果当中,我最喜欢香蕉和木瓜。每次回家看老妈时,都一定会买那些体积小小,看了好像营养不良的小香蕉,其实这些小香蕉,味道最甜美,它们大多天生天养,没有施加肥料和农药,甜味和香蕉的浓香味,比在超市包装的美美的香蕉,不知好吃了多少倍呢!
这回也不列外,依旧买了一大串的小香蕉,吃了几天,有几条开始熟透,外皮开始发出现小黑点了,反正现在也不能做蛋糕,就丢入拌缸里做面包吧 ^.^
很喜欢这个面包,虽然是自己加加减减的配方,因为加了熟透的香蕉,吃进口里,可以尝到淡淡的香蕉味;又因加了很多核桃,每一口咬下,都吃到松松脆脆的核桃,不涂抹牛油和果酱,净咬着面包,都好吃的很呢!即使面包放了3天,口感还是一样松松的,不会干干,好好吃哦!
高粉 250g
五谷糙米粉 50g
砂糖 40g
即发酵母 3/4tsp
盐 3g
鲜奶 85g
蛋液 30g
熟透的香蕉泥 100g
橄榄油 15g
烤香核桃 100g(切碎)
保留少许蛋液扫面用
做法(面包机):
- 把全部材料(除了橄榄油和核桃碎),加入拌缸内
- 先把面团略打成型,再加入橄榄油
- 面团完全打好后,最后才加入核桃碎搅拌均匀(约5分钟),才开始发酵做整形
烤箱温度:
- 170度,25分钟,下层(用厚的玻璃盘子)
