烦恼。亚麻籽燕麦优格面包



最近一直为了体重的上升,懊恼不已!追根究底,都是自己爱上炭水化合物惹的祸!

唉,一直以来,我都是白饭的超级粉丝(呃。。。好听一点是叫粉丝啦,难听一点就叫大饭桶咯 >_<),现在学会自己做面包了,更加不得了,香喷喷的面包一出炉,就一片接一片的试吃,即使是已经吃饱晚饭了(美名为试吃,其实是没能抵抗那股面包香而馋嘴)!



 
从年轻到现在嘻嘻,也不是很老啦),我的食量都很大,加上不爱运动,年级轻时,仗着体内新陈代谢高,从不觉得这是个问题。现在渐渐长年级了,食量没有改变,身材倒是改变了不少!!每次回家时,老妈总是指着我的肚腩:你看你,肚腩越来越大了!老公就在一旁哈哈大笑!!老弟也取笑我,和怀孕的弟媳站在一起,我看来还比较像孕妇,哼,真是气死我了!
 
看了before(瘦)和after(胖)的照片,哇,老天爷,你未免也太不公平了吧!男人发福,就看似忠厚老实,成熟稳重;我们女人一旦发福,就好像师奶那样!不行不行,我要找回我的美丽和青春。。。。。!!我一定要减低食量和常去one more, two more。。。。
 
 
 
 
我相信,这个帖子以后的面包,应该是看不到白面包的踪影了吧!
 
用了那个很柔软的燕麦面包配方改了改,加入营养很赞的亚麻籽,加上几天前,看见Jessie做优格面包时,加了蜂蜜进去,面包即使到了第三天还很柔软。所以我也学学她,把白砂糖换成了蜂蜜,做了这个既有营养,又很柔软的面包 ^.^

亚麻籽燕麦优格面包
 
材料
 
高粉 220g
燕麦 40g(磨成细粉)
亚麻籽 40g(磨成细粉)
蜂蜜 35g
盐 5g
牛奶 100g
原味优格 100g
橄榄油 15g
即发酵母 3/4tsp
 
 
做法
  • 一般直接法
 
烤箱
  • 下层,150度,35分钟
(亚麻籽一定要磨成粉状,营养才能很有效被吸取)

  2. 我也是一样,一年比一年“大只”,都是爱吃惹的祸,嘻嘻!
    所以平时都尽量在白面团里多加些谷物来平衡一下。

  3. 上了年纪,新陈代谢会缓慢,所以比较容易发胖咯,我也是。。。所以饮食方面都很注意,那个高卡路里的要少吃点哦!
    不过偶尔也要纵容自己,享受一下哦!加油,嘻嘻!

      幸亏我不怎么喜欢油炸食物和甜品,不然的话,更可怕呢,呵呵呵!
      我的最大毛病,就是食量很大,又懒得运动 >.<

    用蜂蜜代沙糖。
    我也要試試看!
    我先一陣子也是同樣的担心,
    現在迫自己每天都做 20 分鐘健康舞。

      对,用蜂蜜代替白糖会比较健康呢,面包的保湿度也会比较好。
      我之前也时有每天做一小时健身操的,真的很有效呢。
      后来工作太忙,就不了了之了,现在长胖了,又懒得动,哎呀,真是借口多多呢!

  5. Hahaha, Cass, reading your problem is like reading my own problem. Did I tell you that all my summer pants are tight now? That why I stopped eating dessert for 2 weeks but hoh, after that, I kept making dessert 1 after another, "sei lah," I think my waistline is getting bigger too! Come, let's do exercise together. Seriously, I'm planning to buy some good exercise dvd from Singapore in my year end trip becoz I don't want to get fat.

    Back to the bread, I love it, so far, still doesn't know how to shape the bread like this. I've 1kg of wholemeal bread premix at home, bought for over 6 months but still never open, must try, must try!

      Hey, i don't believe you also put on weight. Each time i see your photo and you look very slim lor....

      I am using a round basket for the final proofing to get the shape. Before bake, dust some flour onto the dough and cut a deep cross on the surface will do.

    每天都要煮饭煮好料,然后又要烘培。。。。吃多了。。。又会变胖!! 真的很矛盾。。很辛苦咯!!!

  9. Cass, 我以前要减重时都会把晚餐减少,过了九点就不再吃东西了。 午餐吃过后,不要坐下,我在公司范围里走两圈(以前的公司很大,一圈要15 分钟!)。 对我这样很有效,你可以试试。 喜欢这面包!

  10. 我也一样ler,自从爱上烘焙后,我的体重也一直往上升,我想也是时候减肥了。
    但我又懒惰运动。。惨了,快要变肥猪了。。哈哈!

    这面包好特别,吃一片应该不会肥吧。。喀喀喀喀喀!

      其实我已经是一直cut牛油了,做面包也尽量用橄榄油了,肥油很容易长,要去掉,真的很难呢!

    Sorry that I can't really read well in Chinese but what I have gather is about your concern of putting on weight... I reckon the older we get, our metabolism will slow down too.

    Maybe cut down the portion of your food. In this way, you still get to cook or bake and eat delicious bread like yours but in smaller portions...

    Otherwise, no worries! Just be yourself and be happy :D You probably will lose weight being what you are :D

  17. im not a 饭桶 but im also putting on weight! also never exercise, so lazy! eh, can wear loose clothes then nobody can notice your bulging stomach! hehe..
