鲜奶油辫子面包 (直接法)


做了黄梨饼,还剩了些奶油,就用来做这个面包吧!




原食谱:这里

材料:

高粉200g,糖30g,盐2g,蛋黄1个,酵母3g,淡奶油100g,牛奶40g,无盐牛油20g

  1. 将面团放入面包机揉成面团,放温处基本发酵至1倍大。
  2. 将面团分成6份,滚圆,松弛15分钟。
  3. 取一份面团整形成长条形。
  4. 做好3条后编成辫子状,首尾要捏紧,放入烤盘做最后发酵。
  5. 刷上蛋液,放入预热烤炉160度c,烤25分钟即可。

个人小小心得:
  • 如果用动物性奶油,建议不要再放牛油了,不然会太油。

  3. This is my children favourite, esp my son, love to eat with sultana in it but I don't know how to bake, usually buy from the bakery shop. 面包机 is bread maker is it? I have one, bought a very long time ago but only used like 4 times, now it is still sitting in my storage!

    Bread with sultana is one of my favourie too :)
    Yes bread maker is 面包机. Trust me,is not difficult to bake a loaf by using bread maker.
