甜酒酿冲蛋,在新马一带不是很普遍,在中国却是一道很受欢迎的甜点。今年初到长沙游玩时,碰到当地的梅雨季节,天气凉嗖嗖的,几乎每一次用餐或吃点心时,都会点上一份甜酒酿冲蛋来解寒,喝下一碗甜甜的酒酿,身体马上就暖呼呼的,真是舒服极了!
甜酒酿除了好吃能驱寒外,据说还可以丰胸养颜呢,哈哈 ^^
这是我自己酿制的甜酒酿,如果在市面上买不到甜酒酿,可以到Carol 老师那里取经,不难做的哟 ^^
材料:(1-2人份)
- 甜酒酿 6-8大汤匙(吃饭的汤匙)
- 清水 250ml
- 鸡蛋 1粒(打散)
- 蔗糖 1-2Tbsp(根据酒酿的甜度调整)
- 枸杞子 1tsp
- 把清水放入锅里煮滚,加入甜酒酿和蔗糖,煮至糖溶解。
- 加入枸杞子煮滚,然后把鸡蛋加入,马上熄火,趁热吃。
